「My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!」

「The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was a home cooked meal, the snack and wine bar with cheese plate every evening was delightful, and the help with transportation and logistics was very much appreciated. The entire house is very Hygge, (cozy) and warm. I highly recommend staying during winter! 」
