“The resort was very cute. The rooms were basic, but well maintained. Everything functioned properly and was comfortable. The pool and bar were very nice areas. The staff at the bar were very helpful and kind. It was nice to have a seashell washing station and an outdoor shower for washing off before and after using the pool or going on the beach. There was a nice area with bean bag toss and hammocks just outside the bar. It would have been nice if there had been a few more chairs around the……

“Our stay at Anchor Inn may have been short, but it was so sweet! The space was absolutely amazing, and we already can’t wait to come back the next time we’re in Sanibel. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, and adding an early check-in was seamless and hassle-free. We loved every minute and would definitely recommend it!”

“Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns.
