"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. "From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. "Great location on the edge of downtown Melk so out of heavy traffic. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and enough to kickoff the day. Room as expected and due to high temperatures (>95°F), they had a cooling fan as well explained how to use the awnings to aid in cooling. Can't acknowledge that the staff was superb and attentive. Worth a visit"
