"Wait staff at 1 restaurant were very nice. There are no clean bath towels. You are to use the 2 towels that the decorative swan is made out of. When we undid them, they were very old towels with stains. My car towels look better than this. Front desk said only option was to give us pool towels. They ..."

"We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food ..."
