“Lovely place, a beautiful older Costa Rican style wooden building. Rooms are not very spacious, but there are common spaces to enjoy. Good local food, and the staff are all very kind and helpful. Great region to explore. ”

“From welcoming us for an early check-in to hwlping us book a very early morning taxi to the airport....this hotel and its staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived well before the designated checkin time and were generously allowed to stow our luggage and usw the pool for thw few hours until 2pm. And what a pool! Peacocks just wandering around being beautiful. Iguanas sauntering. After drinks by the pool we checked in and a beautiful park behind the pool.Loved the room and the great air……

“We stayed at this resort by chance for one night due to starting our vacation early because of winter weather in the states. I prefer more authentic Costa Rican hotels/resorts vs a chain hotel close to the airport. While the taxi ride was more expensive, I felt it was worth it. It seemed secluded, was quiet, the rooms were extremely clean, there were thermal pools as well as a nice pool area and the included breakfast was definitely a plus! The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced! ……

“Perfect for overnight! The place was very clean and quiet. We were able to check in at 2, and the shuttle was on time 5am. Shuttle took three of us for $20. Although we tipped him as well.”

“A very lovely place with beautiful landscaping, a large property for walking around and hiking and two restaurants. Be in good shape because there is a lot of walking thru the beautiful grounds. Lots of birds and very friendly staff.”
