SUMMARY

Carmel is a rare find in Santa Fe’s Historic East Side. The traditional Adobe-style home is adorned with elegant high-end furnishings and impeccable style. This home features lightning fast gigabit internet, which makes it perfect for remote work.



LIVING AREA

Carmel features a large sitting area with a sectional couch and two additional seats for your group to comfortably gather. One side of the space is set up around the TV (with Xfinity cable), and the other around the authentic Kiva fireplace, which adds even more southwestern ambiance to this already charming home.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The fully-functional kitchen features gorgeous custom tiling, ample storage, a French press, Vitamix Blender, and high-end stainless steel appliances. The dining space sits between the kitchen and the fireplace, and features a dimmable chandelier, which makes it perfect for romantic home-cooked meals.



BED AND BATH

The bedroom sports a king bed and an en-suite bath. A sleeper sofa is provided in the living room for additional guests. The shower-soaking tub combo sports a beautiful glass enclosure and more custom tiling. Luxurious robes are provided inside the spacious walk-in closet.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy your private patio enclosed in ivy and bubbling water feature and infrared barbecue.

PLEASE NOTE

-Two parking spots are available in a carport and a compact parking space, offering a flexible parking setup.

-The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

-This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

Lovely place

Everything about this house was perfect! The house was very clean, warm and inviting. We were there in January and enjoyed our stay so much, we extended our trip. It’s beautifully decorated, quiet and tucked away from traffic. There was a bottle of wine and chips and salsa waiting for us, such a nice touch! We plan to come back soon.

Nice place but lacks meaningful outdoor space which is important to us. Great location

There was unforeseen construction to the water line to the adjacent casitas while we were there. The rental company couldn’t have know but they sprung into action and worked with us to make us happy. Two Casitas is a great management company and we would absolutely use them for future rentals in Santa Fe.

Walkable Neighborhood close to Plaza, restaurants and dog park

Came here for a 5 night break escaping the Texas summer heat. Our first trip away bringing our two little dogs. Casita is in a small development just off the main road, which keeps the noise down. Not that there would have been much noise anyway. This is a pretty little property with everything you need for a few days away. Lots of thoughtful touches like a magnifying mirror and a good quality hairdryer in the bathroom. A/C in the bedroom to keep things cool at night. Full kitchen, not that you will be tempted to use it with such good restaurants on the doorstep. The Santa Fe elevation at just over 7000 feet keeps the summer temperatures down to pleasant levels. Mornings were in the 60s when we were there, end June to early July - bliss! We will definitely be back to Santa Fe and very probably this casita.

Santa Fe Experience

The property was really excellent! The space is very clean and well equipped for any length of stay. We especially liked the heated floor in the living area!. The Two Casitas crew were attentive and made sure we were happy with great information on places to eat and visit. This was especially appreciated as this was our first visit to Santa Fe. The location is excellent for walking to Canyon Road (5 minutes) and is about a mile from the center of town - very walkable. We will definitely try to stay at this property the next time we come to town. Parking is clearly labeled and covered which was helpful as it did rain on a couple of days of our visit. Our thanks to Will and his team!!

Great couples getaway

This casita was just perfect for my husband and me. When we arrived, there was some construction in the driveway (probably done now) that caught us and the owner off guard. The owner was super responsive and offered to move us. However, once we made our way to the casita, we fell in love with it and didn't want to move. The construction turned out to be no big deal, we didn't hear it, and we could walk around it. This place was walking distance to everything! I enjoyed several morning walks to the neighborhood market, canyon road was right around the corner and the plaza was a quick 15 minute walk. The little courtyard was a great space with a trickling water fountain. When we were inside, we opened the windows to hear the fountain and get some fresh air. The bed was super comfortable and big. We slept soooooooo good!

Charming little place close to everything

This is our first time this Santa Fe and we loved it. This casita was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The kitchen and bathroom are up to date and the bed is very comfortable with nice pillows as well. The back patio is great for a nice romantic dinner. Overall we loved this place and the Two Casitas team were great they had a nice bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. Thanks again!!
