With 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, you’ll enjoy both privacy and comfort. Each bathroom features elegant finishes, such as tiled showers, soaking tubs, and ample vanity space, creating a spa-like experience with plenty of natural light and tasteful decor.
Outdoor Spaces:
This home includes two beautiful outdoor decks, thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertaining. One features a private courtyard (accessible from the master bedroom and living room) with seating for 6 and a BBQ grill, ideal for family gatherings and outdoor dining. The second deck provides expansive views of the city and mountains, making it a wonderful spot to enjoy afternoon tea or cocktails while watching the sun set. Guests also have access to a two-car garage for added convenience.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, snow/ice, COVID-19 bans/restrictions, etc. NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit `Insure My Trip` or `Square Mouth` for insurance options.
STEPS: This home is two stories, stairs are required for all areas of the home. The main level of the home with living room, dining, kitchen, and primary bedroom is 1/2 flight of steps from the garage/parking. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are down a full flight of stairs.
PETS: While the home is pet-friendly in the upstairs living area, the downstairs carpeted section will remain closed off to pets, pet gate provided. The enclosed outdoor spaces on the property are both decks. Guests may need to walk dogs to relieve them. All pets must be leashed within the community. Max 2 dogs, 50lb limit. Sorry, no cats.
