A breathtaking terrace on the bay of Sant'Elia with a romantic view of Capo Zafferano, the Kafara beach and its crystal clear sea.
The vibrant city of Palermo is only one bay further (30 min driving). Casa Trionfante is a panoramic apartment in Mediterranean style located on the first floor of a villa in a privileged position on the sea: on foot you can reach not only the beach but also the beautiful Caletta di Sant'Elia and several restaurants.

The apartment boasts a covered waterfront terrace, direct access to the sea (a private and pleasant walk of about 100 steps) and a shared garden. Of the three bedrooms - all with air-conditioning - one has a ensuite toilet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. You will find another shower in the garden, perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. The spacious living room has a small sofa bed (120cm) and leads to the kitchen that in turn opens onto the magnificent terrace where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine looking at the infinity of sea.

All in all Casa Trionfante is an outstanding location for families and couples who want to enjoy the sea, the mediterranean life as well as explore Northern Sicily and its unforgettable capital.

A free parking space is available during the low season. Otherwise, parking is available nearby at a cost of €5 per day.

The photos were deceiving. Views were good, but the area was depressed and not a good tourist destination. The apartment was only air conditioned in the bedrooms. Beds poor, hot water in only one bathroom. Would not recommend.

Immaculate Villa

The Host was responsive, helpful, generous, the most accommodating Host I have met through using VRBO for 20+ years. The Villa is located below the Host’s family home and on the same floor as another rental (empty when we were there) and a hotel up the hill but very private. The Villa is immaculately clean, including every little thing the dishes, sconces, pictures on wall, everything very clean including the gorgeous terrace (we had just come from up north where the outdoor terrace had not been cleaned). The view from the terrace is gorgeous and relaxing morning and night and we spent a lot of time there. The well manicured grounds of this Villa and surrounding properties adding to the loveliness. Well stocked with amenities and the Host stayed in touch to find out if we needed anything including tips and info. There is a nice restaurant, Can Caus, with super reasonable prices (my husband had the best steak platter for 21 euros we saw on the menu in Amalfi for 80) a quick walk about a minute across the street (but we needed reservations, came during peak season in July). A great casual pizza & burger place we ate at 3 times, Spizzuliamu, and could have had pizza delivered is a 3 minute walk away on same side of street. Another couple of minutes away from Spizzuliamu is Sant E’lia’s little seaside village with good places to eat and little stores. The beds were very comfy, the heated outdoor shower with door very nice, quick beach access by stairs. I think Spring time in this Villa would be heaven, lots of windows to let in natural sunlight. Things to know: a/c in bedrooms only, cannot flush toilet paper, as with everyplace we stayed in Italy the steps could be challenging for seniors, the beach is very busy and full, of course, in summer with parking lot full, a snack shack with chairs and umbrellas for rent that plays music on weekends, so there is beach noise during day but quiets down in the late afternoon and one evening around 6pm we had the beach to ourselves for a lovely swim. I will always hold special memories in my heart of this lovely villa with amazing terrace. 5 stars Host & Villa.
