Incredible

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Simply incredible. We were impressed with the level of communication with My Huatulco to start, and we were even more impressed with this property. We've already made plans to come back! Nice... despite a couple things

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were problems mainly with maintenance:-The elevators were not working at all.-The air conditioner dropped lots of water in the laundry room, which ended up in kitchen's floor.-Wi-fi have lots of troubles (The staff explain us that it was because the location, and that it was a problem that happens in all the state).The most heavy of the cons is that the place is not designed for disabled people. All the staff helped me to move through the place (which i thank a lot), but that doesn't change the hard work that is to move through the place.Also the service in the restaurant could be faster, We arrived the first day and we were starving... we waited almost 1 hour for the food after order it.On the other hand, the place is calm, beautiful, and after they fix all the maintance problems, i would recommend this place for almost everyone.
