I would not stay again!

Hotel itself is basic but fine. Staff are friendly but hotel is poorly run. We paid for a room with a city view and balcony. Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! Have requested refund of cost difference between the two rooms, but haven"t received anything yet. Breakfast was pretty bad and service was slow (nearly 30 min to get a cup of coffee the first day!). Good location if you want to go to Rodadero Beach. The hotel is not in the Santa Marta historic district, as described in the listing. It is a 15 min cab ride from location described in listing. Although I told the staff and hotels.com about the error, it had not been corrected last I checked.
