Place was clean enough but can start to see it’s deteriorating but still lovely. Spa and gym area was a let down for us the gym was missing loads of equipment like free weights that have been pinched/stolen and not replaced. 「We really wanted to like this hotel, but we felt the service was severely lacking for this price point, especially as it bills itself as a 5 star hotel. We were rather surprised given all the good reviews we’ve read for the property. Our coffee pods were never refilled during our stay, instead we had to walk down to reception ourselves to get them each day. The housekeeping staff was rather rude, and the front desk seemed somewhat annoyed whenever we had an extra request.」

「Pros: clean and quiet, spacious room, we were on the top floor which felt very private and we pretty much had the top outdoor terrace/roof space to ourselves. Cons: It had a dormitory feel to it, which wasn’t super comfy or relaxing. We got in very late and it was confusing how to access the property. We had to call a number for them to let us in. I wish that info was communicated before our stay, because tired+confused=no bueno. But now you know! The sink in our bathroom kept clogging up...

「An amazing adult only hotel. From arrival to departure, this hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. The food was gorgeous, especially breakfast. The pool was the perfect temperature, well maintained and situated. The beach access gave us the best of both worlds; freedom to swim at the beach or head back to the pool when the crowds (and kids) got too much. The staff were excellent. Attentive, efficient, and so polite (in a fun way). Thank you.」

「Echt 🔝 Leistung für den Preis. Brunch bis 13.30 Uhr ist unschlagbar, ab ca 11 Uhr werden bereits Burger & Co (zb Lachssteak) vorbereitet. Alles frisch beim Brunch. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon, ein Traum! Lage auch sehr gut, um die Ecke Busstation (zb A11 Flughafenbus). Gute Startlocation für Rennrad Touren (Pepe Rent a Bike 🔝🔝🔝🔝). Nach Palma öffentlich mit A104 ca 45 min Im Hotel kann man coole Hollandräder für 20€ pro Tag ausborgen. Zu empfehlen ist die Fahrt nach Cala Vinyes...
