Wonderful Stay!

Our family stayed here for a much needed vacation. This place was exactly as it was listed, very clean, and a really comfortable space. The golf cart was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here with our sweet family! We had a blast with Grandma and grandpa. Great family friendly place the golf cart was awesome too! The only complaint we have it that the trash was filled to the brim when we arrived. I called and got it removed but it still had a terrible smell of fish we could smell from the house. It need to be cleaned with some chemicals for sure just for the future stays. Other than that we had a blessed time.

The golf cart is a plus. We wrote it around everywhere and never took our car once we arrived at our house. The only thing the house was lacking was a strainer for the kids mac & cheese other than that, it had everything you could imagine. I will definitely be back again.

The neighborhood is perfect for walks in the morning and evening or just sitting on the front porch visiting. Everything is neat and clean. There is a quiet time after 10:00 p.m. to make everyone's experience enjoyable. The pond, swimming pools, and tennis courts are well kept. The convenience of the provided golf cart cannot be overstated. Quick golf cart ride to Seaside, restaurants, and shopping. Cafe Thirty-A is right around the corner as well as other restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Publix is a quick golf cart ride away as well. The house is clean and well maintained.

Loved the property and location. The house was very clean and nice. The golf cart was a definite plus. I did message the property manager a few times before our stay with no response, so the communication could be a bit better. Overall it was a great week and we would absolutely stay here again!

The reason I picked this house was because two of the bedrooms had king sized beds. In addition, the house was in a great location, very clean and super spacious. This might be our go-to house in the future!

Super Fun and a Walk to Everywhere!

Awesome vib to the house. Cute neighborhood. You can walk to the beach, the pool, the pizza parlor, the ice cream shop, the doughnut shop, the beach store, and the fish market for freshly steamed shrimp. Everything was easy! Great place to stay!

Family vacay

The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. A few things about the house: Quiet neighborhood Clean pools(close at “dusk” ) Great comfortable beds- most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on Good supplies in the kitchen Bunk room was a little hotter than the rest of the house we ended up buying a fan! The walk to the beach was a bit far with the kids but manageable :) I’d definitely stay here again!

Not too far from the beach

The house was nice and wasn't a bad walk to get to the beach, even with little ones. There was plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the box. My only complaint was that the kitchen was a bit understocked. There weren't potholders, and there were very few cooking utensils. Other than that the house was clean, spacious, and the kids loved the bunk room! We would definitely stay here again.

Great house

We had an amazing week! The house was conveniently located and such a quick walk to the beach. We loved the neighborhood! The house was beautifully decorated and updated. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to relax. Bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds and pillows! You could make it feel more like home by adding some extra throw blankets and more items in the kitchen for cooking. Also, when the description said it included beach chairs and an umbrella, we were disappointed to find out that the chairs were not able to be used because they were rusted and fabric was ripped. We would still stay here again despite these little hiccups.
