Loved our bungalow!

We loved coastal blue! The bungalow was exactly as described. I loved the beachy decor. It was a short bike ride to the beach access and a short drive to seaside. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to restaurants and shopping.

Average Stay Experience

The property exterior is lovely and I loved easy access to the pool. Our home had all that we needed, but it could use a good cleaning. Base boards and walls are very dirty. Our air conditioning went out on the 3rd day and they weren’t able to fix it. RealJoy Mgt Co was responsive and had some temporary air conditioning units installed last night.

Great spot

Loved the location and property. Clean, pretty, great bedroom and bathroom space. Was annoyed that we did not have check in instructions when we landed at the airport one hour prior to check in. I had to call to get address. No trash bags available. No check out instructions until eve prior to checkout. No directions to grocery stores, restaurant recommendations, not enough blankets, not enough toilet paper. Great place to stay just lacking bit of comforts.

Good Location for a family

A few practical items for others to benefit from: - 3-4 minute bike ride to multiple beach access points...both of which have places to lock up bikes. (10 min. walk at most). That said, the public beach accessibility on the beach itself is limited due to private beach owners limiting availability. That said, I learned that they can only limit you up to the water line, so you can still put stuff out there in front of their chairs closer to the water line (rather than walking 5+ minutes down the beach with all your crap to the overcrowded spots). - this particular cottage itself is not necessarily easy to get to from the parking lot (no direct walk way to the front door surprisingly) so pack accordingly. - We have 3 young kids and one of the rooms with the queen had enough room for a blow up queen mattress next to it. It also had a crib/mattress for others with any infants...so you shouldn't need a pack n play. - All rooms/appliances/bathrooms worked just fine. - Pools were very nice and clean and pleasant temperatures. Our kids loved coming back to them. The outdoor shower didn't work very well at all and the hose was inoperable. I only mention this to suggest that you shower off really well using the beach showers. - Overall, I would stay here again for the value and location.

Nice property! Love the updated place it was decorated cute! Maybe the owners should get a crockpot for the property. Just a little far walk to the square. Otherwise was a great week!!

Cute and beach perfect!

Loved the little bungalow we had. As stated it was right outside the swimming pool. It was a cute little community and would definitely stay here again. Would be perfect for groups traveling to get a couple of these by each other. Walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. Please note, once you walk across the street to the public access and go down the stairs, you have to walk a little bit down the beach to the public part. But my 3 and 6 year old did it just fine.

Nice property

We just left there and enjoyed are stay, the front of the property wasn’t an area we could sit, you have to enter the pool and exit the pool each time you enter and leave the condo, walk to the beach was ok just not east to carry beach items and have to walk down the public walk way to get a space because in front of the public entrance is private beach! The condo it self was nice and clean would like to have been able to get in earlier the 4, we had even requested prior to arrival for a 3 arrival and was told no! I would recommend staying here it truly was nice and clean inside just a further walk then we anticipated!

Beautiful unit

Actually I would give the unit itself 5 stars. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Right next to pool so very convenient. The main problem was no wifi and no resolution for the entire time we were there. Contacted the rental agency within 2 hours of arrival but went back and forth the entire week with no resolution. Was told someone would be there to fix it and no one ever showed up. No more calls or follow ups after that unless I called them. Disappointed but have to say their agents were friendly and in the end I did receive a credit - except I had to call 3 times after we got home to make that happen. So you will not be disappointed with the unit at all but let's hope you don't have an issue that requires fixing by the rental agency!
