Beautiful home!

We loved this home during our 30A vacation. We had three teens happy with this property- the pool and hot tub were perfect. Such a clean and welcoming place.

Perfect getaway

I recently stayed at 8 Palms with my family on 30A, and it was an incredible experience. The backyard pool and fire pit were standout features, providing endless entertainment and relaxation for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally located, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. The owner and management company were extremely responsive and available to any questions. Overall, it was the perfect setting for a family getaway.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! This property exceeded all our expectations. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the cozy beds to the well-stocked kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The location was ideal - close enough to enjoy local attractions yet private and peaceful, offering a true escape. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing helpful tips about the area and answering all our questions promptly. Stunning Pool and Home!

Our family loved everything about this home. The home itself if very elegant and has every item imaginable from toys to a fully-stocked kitchen. I loved drinking my morning coffee overlooking the beautiful pool and palm trees. My husband sat in the hot tub every night and the kids enjoyed the outdoor fire pit too. We rode bikes to the beach and were able to access nearly empty beaches since we went to those only accessible by bike. We cannot wait to return to this home!

Wonderful family vacation

Our stay was better than we even expected! The neighborhood was great with numerous community amenities that my family thoroughly enjoyed! The Lily Lane bike trail as a perfect access to the beach. We rented a golf cart which was a highlight and we used quite often due to the close proximity to 30A and the grocery store. The house was perfect!! Clean, spacious and decorated beautifully! There was nothing that we thought of that they didn’t already think of. The pool area was spacious with a large pool plus plenty of extra space to just hang around the pool. It was a fantastic vacation with our kids where many memories were built!!

8 Palms… a dream vacation home

A flawless experience start to finish. There isn't one thing to highlight it's every single thing, and all were beyond our expectations! The home is perfect, modern and had everything and more to accommodate our needs. The patio, pool and fire pit, bikes, beach and pool supplies were extraordinary! Naturewalk itself is amazing for amenities and convenience to grocery and Seaside fun. Communication with the rental company and the owner exceeded the norm and made this by far our best family vacation yet! Our family is so thankful to have found 8 Palms and we can't wait to return later this summer!

This property was everything we dreamed of and more! The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the stunning pool. It was sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and the ideal spot to relax and unwind. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool, whether lounging by the water during the day or taking a refreshing evening swim under the stars. The house itself was just as impressive. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the bedrooms were cozy and inviting. The location was another bonus - private and serene, yet close enough to local attractions and dining options. The host was fantastic, always available for any questions and providing excellent recommendations for things to do nearby. If you're looking for a vacation spot with a fabulous pool and a home that feels like a slice of paradise, look no further. We can't wait to come back and enjoy it all over again!

Amazing Pool and Home!

We just love this home! This is our third time staying at 8 Palms and we will be back. This home has it all, so quiet and peaceful, a true escape. It backs up to nature and has the most amazing pool. We love Naturewalk because we can access the beach and access Seaside and Watercolor without having to fight the crowds. Although we spend nearly all our time next ot the pool which is second to none, the home itself is also so tastefully done and beautiful. It feels like every item was thoughtfully chosen to create a high end beachy home. The new management company seems to also be a big improvement over the former one. All in all this house is 10 stars!

Beautiful home for relaxation

The listing is spot on and even undersells the home a bit. The pool is incredible as is the entire outdoor space. Loved the fire pit, hot tub and grill. Incredibly comfortable beds and very clean throughout. The kitchen has a massive amount of cookware, utensils and all manner of prep materials. There was plenty of dishwashing detergent (I’m guessing others left theirs-as did we). There is a drip coffee maker with its own filter (no need to bring any) and while not mentioned, there is a Keurig. The property manager was incredibly responsive as initially the TVs had been messed up by previous renters and Hulu wasn’t accessible but they were there right away to fix them all and even replaced 2 bike locks that we hadn’t even mentioned were in need. I cannot recommend this home and these owners/management company highly enough.

Love 8 Palms!

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible property! The pool was the perfect oasis surrounded by stunning palm trees and lush greenery that made us feel like we were in our own private tropical paradise. The home's decor was absolutely gorgeous with every detail thoughtfully curated, from the beautiful artwork to the stylish furniture that made every room feel like a designer showcase. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need - from kitchen gadgets to beach gear to games - making our vacation completely stress-free and memorable.

Great Home

This house was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, bright, and felt welcoming the moment we walked in. The private saltwater pool was amazing—plenty of space for the kids to swim while we lounged in the sun. We loved the backyard setup with the palm trees and fire pit; it felt like our own little oasis. The bedrooms were spacious, and having three king suites made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a few family dinners on the screened porch. The neighborhood has so much to offer—two big community pools, pickleball and basketball courts, and a walking trail to the beach. It's also a short drive to great restaurants, shops, and Seaside. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, and full of great amenities—we're already talking about coming back.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an amazing time here. The house was super clean when we arrived—fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and everything in its place. The private pool was the highlight for us. It's big, beautifully kept, and the backyard feels private and peaceful. We spent most evenings by the fire pit while the kids swam. Inside, the layout worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals in. The screened porches were great for morning coffee or watching a game outside without the bugs. The neighborhood is really nice and has a lot to do—two community pools, pickleball, volleyball, and a trail that takes you right to the beach. It's close enough to restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again. It felt like home, just with way better weather and a much nicer pool.

Absolutely Perfect

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for an exceptional stay. The home was spotless—pristine bathrooms, fresh linens, and perfect presentation made it feel brand new. The private saltwater pool is a dream and can be heated upon request (It was way to hot outside for us). Surrounded by palm trees and protected natural lands, it felt like our own private resort. Evenings by the blue-glass fire pit were pure magic. Inside, the home blends elegance and comfort with three king suites, a queen bedroom, and a bright bunk room. Multiple screened porches, a high-end kitchen, and plenty of TVs made it ideal for relaxing after a day of fun. The NatureWalk neighborhood is vibrant and full of amenities: lap and zero-entry pools, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, and walking trails. A scenic nature trail leads directly to Seagrove Beach, making trips to the sand quick and easy. In short—clean, serene, luxurious, and fully equipped—this home is a true five-star stay.

Rode hard and hung out to dry

So disappointed in our stay here. The property was so worn out and DIRTY. All of the upholstery had stains and the carpets were even worse - filthy. We had a crawling baby and I had to do so much cleaning to make it safe for her. Broken chairs in the dining room. There was so much disrepair, torn screens, missing shutter louvres, thick dust on the kitchen pendants, mold in the showers, mold in the washing machine, ants in the bunk bed room from someone else’s Cheerios that were not cleaned up.. We all came home sick from this place. The interior and exterior (especially) needs a complete paint job - peeling paint on the outside. Broken bicycle locks and one bike with bad brakes. No hand towels on the main floor guest bathroom. I could go on but you get the idea. Coastal Dreaming, the management company was not helpful. They offered to have the cleaners come out but we had a houseful of people and it would not have helped with the deep filth. I did contact them during and after our stay and they were not at all helpful and dropped the ball on me. I would never recommend renting from this company.

Filthy Home and Terrible Property Manager

We arrived and the home was filthy. Floors were not mopped or vacuumed and dirt and grime everywhere. We spent several hours cleaning the home ourselves. We contacted the property manager and they let us know that they would be sending cleaners out in the morning. However the beds and sheets had stains all over them. One hour later I then received a text from the property manager that the home owner decided to terminate our stay and told us we needed to be out of the home by 630pm giving us a 45 minute notice. They would not answer the phone or speak to me as I was trying to tell them that I had a 9 year old asleep in bed and he was not feeling well. They did not care. The property manager then showed up in person and was very threatening and made our family feel UNSAFE. After we told them that we would be happy to leave in the morning due to having a sick child, that's when he became irate and called the police. The police arrived and I spoke to myself and my lawyer on the phone. Legally we could not be removed from the property as we were not in any breach of our contract that we had signed. The police let the property manager know that and that they would need to leave our family alone and to stop harassing us. All over asking for a clean home. We could have stayed the entire week but the property owner then became spiteful and turned the internet and pool heat off.This story is 100% true and I would stay away from this home owner and Coastal Dreamin.
