Fantastic location but needs maintenance

Beautiful and easy beach access (but there were no umbrellas or communication that we could only use them on the private beach) and we never got beach credentials that the neighborhood required. Fans on 3rd floor master never worked. TV outside never worked and elevator worked one time.

Great property, house, and a good location. Love the private beach. It’s close enough to get the cost benefit, but close enough to be an easy walk. The pool door alarms are painful, but completely understand their necessity if someone were to stay with young kids or non-swimmers. Would love to see adequate TP and trash bags for the length of the stay. We applied some WD-40 to the master bedroom door and then replaced the batteries for the master bedroom shades, but not a big deal. Love the bonus fridge on the main level and the ice maker. We had a great time and visit.
