Simple, but effective.

This unit gets the job done. It's simple, conveniently located and spacious. It does need a larger hot water heater and the furniture is dated, worn. A little TLC and it would be close to perfection!

Amazing location

My family of 5 had the best stay. The condo was super spacious and the location to beach was amazing! Pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids. Gym was super nice. All and all just a great stay!

Unit is fine - complex not so much

Unit is fine. Old and could use some furniture updates. Beds are comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Here’s the problem - these terrible bands they’ve gone to. I will not return to dunes until the band situation has ended. Terrible terrible idea. Most frustrating thing ever. Before booking here I’d suggest you see if they’re done with the bands.

Great Location

Condo is so convenient to the beach. Easy short walk to both beach and the pool. It’s also great during May-Oct that 2 beach chairs and umbrella are complimentary per unit. The unit itself A303 was good for family 4 adults and 2 children. The bed in guest room was very comfortable and it’s always a bonus to get a great nights sleep. This is our 2nd time staying at this complex, we had a different condo prior, but some thing it would be nice if owners would install deadbolt lock on front door so children could not easily just open the front door and go out into hallway. Not that this happened but it easily could especially since the childrens bunk beds are right inside after you enter the front door. The unit was clean but would like to see the “decorative” rungs in bathrooms go away they were kind of dirty looking. From the balcony unit A303 faces a road and other condos (not the pool) but has a nice ocean view.

Great Place, Great Location

We stayed with 3 adults and two kids and the place was the perfect size. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The pools and hot tub were perfect and never too busy. The overall location of the condo was great. You were close to everything, but kind of tucked away on a street that was not busy. Our boys loved walking to Eastern Lake and playing in the lake. Close to our favorite coffee spot-Beachy Bean Coffee!

Relaxing in Seagrove

The property is wonderful. Complementary bicycles and beach chairs. Our unit was just right, well furnished kitchen and lovely decor. Very clean. The Seagrove location is perfect, close enough to Seaside to ride a bike, but not quite as crowded.

Helpful management

Washer went out and management was able to get it replaced within 2 days. Also, was able to use washer in another unit to keep clothes washed during time we were waiting on new washer. Thank you for your help.

Clean & great location

We have stayed in several different units at this condo & decided to try this one because it’s balcony is on the outside of the building rather than the poolside (in the past the pool has been loud late at night because no one monitors the 10pm close time). This unit was not only quieter, it has a better beach & ocean view. The unit was very clean and had a lot of towels. We never ran out of hot water like another review stated. Everything was just as pictured on the listing. There were 2 hairdryers (not listed). Lacking in the kitchen was a sheet pan, pizza pan & pizza cutter, but we made do.

Hope for sunshine

It was rainy. Could not watch TV due to storms affecting reception. No one goes to beach to watch TV, but if weather is bad you should be able. You guys need cable. Other than that the place was nice.

just so-so

location is great, however the complex looks dated. The unit had issues however. the bedrooms look like they had not been dusted in 6 months. All of the vents had black dust/mold all around them. Lack of communication for the Tv's, internet, beach chairs, unbrellas, and check out was frustrating. Never could get one of the TV's to work -- it was on a separate platform with little instructions. Could be a great rental with some improvements but would not go back again with the way things were.

Great Ocean View and Easy Beach Access

This is an older but nice property, with a great balcony/patio. The view is beautiful, but it is directly over a street and you can see the ocean (other condos in the building are closer to the water). To get to the beach you walk to the pool (in the center of the complex) and the boardwalk takes you directly to where beach service is offered. So convenient! We had our young children with us, and the location could not have been better. It was easy to social distance - even in this popular neighborhood.

Perfect condo for our family!

This great condo served our family of 4 well for a few days at the beach. Beach view from the porch was beautiful! The two separate sleeping areas for our 2 kids was also a great bonus. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. The entire unit was super clean and very well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
