Excellent place!
Wonderful place! The cons were a petal fell off one of the bikes, easily fixable and there were 7 bands instead of the 10 advertised. Otherwise, perfect location with easy access to all things such as beach and restaurants. It was fully stocked with plenty of towels too!

The property and location was great. I ran into some issues with wristbands, but it was quickly resolved. I would have liked to have some beach chairs / towels available in the house as well as some general condiments - salt & pepper. When you are flying in it is hard to have all of that and also not economical to purchase for only a few days.

Beautiful beach home!
Perfect house for our family! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Enjoyed the porches for sitting outdoors! Golf cart is so convenient to get around. Would definitely stay here again!!

House needs some TLC but comfy beds
Overall the house was nice but there were dirty chair covers and couch cushions. Inside and on the porch. The oven was dirty and there weren’t any oven mits to remove our food. A few doors wouldn’t open, including one of the pantry doors, it seemed they were stuck and we were afraid to pull them too hard. It was advertised this way and I didn’t pick up on it but there were two bedrooms without TVs. Just a note if this is a difference maker for you. Location was great, fun front porch, golf cart worked properly.

Watercolor is the best
We stayed here with 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 kid and 1 toddler. The house is beautiful and in a great location. The golf cart and bikes make it easy to get anywhere. Watercolor amenities are the best — we did the beach, three different pools and most of the restaurants. The house does not include enough essentials for your visit — you will need to bring or get plenty of shampoo, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. There is a Publix located around the corner. If you being a baby or toddler, recommend renting extra wide gates for the stairs and a pack in play instead of a crib. The crib we rented was too big for the bunk room, which is cute but small. The stairs are steep, and were a little tough for our older guest. Overall, highly recommend!

The peppery states no pets but a cat had been there. I’m extremely allergic and I was miserable during my stay after sitting in the living room area. We also had only one parking space because a white truck was parked in the front space and never moved during the duration of our stay.
