Awesome condo

The location of the condo was outstanding! So close to the beach and pools, shops and restaurants. The high ceilings and fixtures in the house were perfect for our family! Will come back again!

Wonderful condo

We loved staying in this wonderful condo in Watercolor! It was so close to the beach club, shops and restaurants. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The thing that impressed us the most was the responsiveness of the property manager. Emily was so kind, transparent and welcoming. I would rent through Dune Vacation Rentals again because she was great! It made a huge difference and whatever she promised, she delivered! We really enjoyed our week!

Water Color stay

Property is located in perfect location despite some imperfections. Place is beautiful and property manager is excellent. Parking is not reserved and can be a challenge during the day time. Go to the beach club! Not toddler friendly ( stairs and glass items). Initially place was not well cleaned and manager called cleaning team for a second visit. All in all 4/5.

There were 3 major things with this property that were on the website that were absolutely not true! We contacted the management company numerous times to NO avail. Terribly disappointing!!!

Appreciate Laura Emma the Property Manager! Great with communicating throughout our stay and very quick to respond when I reached out. House was very nice and comfortable. It does get warm upstairs, as we had to use fans that were provided in both bedrooms. Unfortunately we were not able to check into our condo on time at 4 pm. We arrived 30 mins early and were hoping to get in early. They were still cleaning and we didn't get into the house until 4:15-4:30 and the lady was still cleaning and she let us in, but she rushed to finish cleaning. They were shorthanded that day unfortunately. Great location near beach club and beach.

Wonderful stay and great location!

We loved this condo! Perfect location just steps from the beach club and it was very clean and spacious. We had three young kids, and they loved it too. Can't wait to stay here again!

Lovely Watercolor condo

I think this condo is even better in real life than in the pictures. It’s tastefully decorated, spacious and has 2 nice sized balconies. It’s a great location adjacent to the pool area of Watercolor. The property management company was very efficient and helpful. I would warn that there is not an elevator and we had to lug our luggage up a flight of stores to the place, and then up another flight to the bedrooms. So, this place is better for young people that do not mind the stairs. All in all, a lovely place and great location and we would return,

Great Location! Perfect for Family!

We rented this condo for our daughter and her family for our annual reunion. Everything was wonderful for them. I am especially thankful for the folks with Dune who immediately responded to our call for help when we could not reach our 20 year old grandson after checkout and could not find him anywhere. They came immediately so we could check the condo and he had fallen asleep when he was supposed to be finishing the checkout process. Thank you!

This property was just as described - great location, well stocked, very comfortable. We could walk to the beach club (right across the street), to shops and restaurants in watercolor and seaside. The condo was quiet and was bigger than pictured. We will be back for sure!

Great Trip

Great stay at watercolor and a great community area. We all enjoyed our stay. Would recommend some blackout curtains. Gets warm upstairs and difficult to keeps kids and baby asleep.

Fabulous Sisters trip!!

Property very nice and in a great location. Would stay here again and hope to come back. Only issues were that we were unable to access our unit an hour before checkout time and one of our bikes had a broken seat. Minor issues we can overlook. Property manager was pleasant to deal with. Really nice place.
