So close to the beach!!! just crossed 30 A! and there I was enjoying the beautiful ocean!!

The condo is really quaint and super clean. It exudes a really warm and inviting atmosphere. It is located close to restaurants especially the Perfect Pig for great brunch, close to Thirty-A cafe, and 20 min walking to Seaside! You have Rosemary to the left in just 10 min car ride or bike! I will be back for sure! Can't miss this gem!

Outstanding condo in every way!

This was our first visit to the Emerald Coast area. We couldn't have asked for a better condominium that's not right on the Gulf or one of the fancy big houses, both of which are very expensive. Grand Isle 203 provides the best bang for your buck! It is as nice as it's portrayed in the pictures. Very nicely decorated providing a charming, beachy environment. Very clean and bright. Loved all the decorative wall trim and recessed lighting. Beware, the bed and pillows are so luxurious that you risk oversleeping and minimizing your beach time. The path to the beach is very close to the complex and an easy walk back to the condo for a quick lunch before returning to the beach. (Tip: There is a shower/hose wash off area inside the pool area, but there is a hose closer one to beach, attached to the condo complex to the left as you leave the beach accessible through a gate at the end of the wooden walkway leaving the beach.) Four beach chairs with straps to carry them on your back free your hands to carry other items to the beach. The restaurant below the condo and its outdoor seating adds to the charm of the unit. (The restaurant seemed to do well for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so it must be good, but we opted to drive to dinner each night.) Recommend renting a bike and biking to nearby Seaside and through its charming neighborhoods off 30A. (There's a Bay Baits .3 miles away that rents bikes.) Highly recommend this condo.

Nice Getaway

Property was great clean and well equipped with everything we needed, also very convenient to the beach access across the street. Within walking/biking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

quick family trip to 30A

The location of the apartment and the proximity to the beach are amazing! Pool is small, but clean. Enough supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, detergents...) to last our stay (4 nights). There were some beach chais and a small umbrela on the patio so that helped a lot. The only donwside is check out time at 9am!! This was a last minute trip so the options were limited, but if i would have options- this woul be a deal breaker for me.
