This vacation home is located in The Preserve at Grayton and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home features stunning 10' ceilings throughout. As you walk in to the home you'll find 3 of the home's bedrooms. Walking up the stairs is the main open concept area with living, dining and kitchen combined. The living area features a comfortable sectional. There is dining at the table for 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island and more out on the balcony. Off the kitchen is a convenient powder room plus the master suite. Head up to the 3rd floor to find the 5th bedroom. A private oasis where you'll feel like you're up in the trees.

Laze away the day on a spacious porch, hang out by the pool, or go for a bike ride in this immensely pedestrian and bike friendly community. Grayt Tides is located on the quiet west end of the eclectic 30A. It’s close to Blue Mountain Beach and the famous and delectable Blue Mountain Creamery. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed with TV, private bathroom and private balcony access.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: King bed with TV, wet bar, private bathroom and balcony access.

Beach Access:
Exit the neighborhood and cross 30A. To the west of Sanctuary by The Sea complex you'll find your gated walkway to the beach. Once down the pathway, head right towards the public beach or on your left past the sections of private beach you'll find Grayton Beach State Park.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
