The condo is very nice. Management is quick to address any issues. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the bed in the Master bedroom. It is FIRM and I am talking firm like plywood. I could not sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on one of the twin beds. Some people may prefer it but, it didn’t work for me.

Very nice condo with great view!

The condo is located in a good area with easy access to grocery store and restaurants. It's very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially love the ocean view and easy access to the beach.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is located perfectly on the beach. It was just as described in the photos. The property management company was very responsive before our arrival and during our stay. I really enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service that's included in the rental. We will definitely return again.

Beach

The property was nice, but there were no amenities like we usually have when we stay at a Vrbo, No coffee or filters for the first morning, no salt, pepper or usual spices, no oven mitt, not enough kitchen towels, no beach towels. The electric can opener does not work. All in all we had a great time.

Family trip

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was easy to check in, get to our unit, to the beach, etc. which we appreciated very much. Also, having a beach set up come with the unit is rarer these days and really helpful to have (FYI, it’s first come, first serve). A few negatives: 1. The lock on the balcony did not work which made us nervous with 2 small children. The property management quickly responded and provided a piece of wood to help “lock” the door. 2. The floors were extremely dirty and covered in sand. I understand it is practically impossible to get rid of all sand, but they were also just dirty. 3. There aren’t extra bath towels so if you need more than one, call management. 4. The TVs don’t have regular cable - it’s all Roku and app based so you would need to log in to your own accounts if you have them. If not, no regular cable.

Condo with a view

Spacious 2 bedroom condominium on the beach in Seagrove. Building outdoors nicely landscaped, elevators worked great. The condo is very spacious and had a very large kitchen area. As others may have pointed out, its a bit dates, but my goodness the view and location on the beach trumps everything. A few medium sized cleaning issues but nothing that distracted us from our stay. Property's pool area was large with plenty of seats. Loved the spacious lanai/balcony. We were only 2 and could imagine it being a tad confining with more adults but it was fantastic place for our brief stay on the beach. Definitely would return. Water pressure, as you could imagine wasnt strong but again, not that big of a deal. You should consider this for your stay. Property managers communicate effectively!! Give it a go.

Second stay here

This was our second time at this condo, last time being a while ago. The pictures are accurate. The master bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable. This would easily be 5 stars if the bed was improved. The management company is very easy to communicate with and contact when needed. For future visitors, there is a standard coffee pot and no keurig machine.

Class of 95 Rams get away..

A few of my classmates from New Orleans class of 9T5 decided to do a weekend getaway. This was the perfect place to enjoy sites and beach. Although many restaurants were available for our dining pleasure, we hired a cook to do all the cooking. Great Place To Visit!!! We will be returning again this year.

Great Time

We had an amazing time staying in this condo! It was clean, everything was there we needed! The only recommendation I’d make is the electrical outlets need to be updated/fixed. Some of them (or possibly the lights in lamps) were not working. My wife and daughter had a hard time plugging their hair driers in the outlets. Nothing would stay in the outlets. The chords kept falling out. They would have to hold the chord in the outlets with their feet as they dried their hair. Other than that, this unit was amazing ! We’d definitely come back.

Great couple getaway place

My wife and I were looking for an easily assessable location on the beach that wasn't too big or too small. Beachcrest was just what we were looking for and we will look to visit again in the future.

Needs Help

It was a okay stay. Could use some help. Needs light bulbs new dryer and definitely a new master bedroom mattress. A lot of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Baseboard and under things needed cleaning. I paid a higher cleaning fee than some other units don’t charge in the complex. Needs updating. Would not stay in this unit again.
