Beautiful Condo

The property was just as described. It is an older looking building but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked into a beautifully renovated unit. The 5th floor unit was a perfect view of the beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The only suggestion I would make is having some salt + pepper and coffee filters available.

We have stayed in several units at Beachcrest and this is one of the best. We love being right on the beach and enjoy the balcony as well as the included chairs on the beach.This condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was good. A simple check-in and check-out. The condo was clean but a bit dated. We loved that there were accessible beach chairs/umbrella. The private beach was also nice. The master bed was a bit uncomfortable but not enough that we wouldn't stay there again. The master bath plug didn't work during our stay which required drying my hair in a different room. This was our first stay on 30A and we loved the laid back feel of the area. We found several great restaurants. All the seafood was amazing! Overall our stay was good and we would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful location. Very nice condo. Quiet location. However I reported an issue with dishwasher on Friday upon arrival. Received a text saying it would be addressed. I stayed 7 days and it was not fixed. Also I picked this condo due to it having a lounger on the balcony in the picture. There was not one upon arrival. Would I rent again? Absolutely!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
