Great Property / Great Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great -- walking distance to the beach and shops. The villa was modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed to make it a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the room with the bunk beds. It was tiny and likely a converted closet. My two youngest were nervous about staying there especially because it was right next to the front door.

Best Gulf Place Stay

Great new quiet condo rental close to beach, pool, restaurants and stores. Owner takes pride in design and high amenity choices w/beach theme. Managed by 30A Vacay; check in/out well communicated. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked (A+ makeup wipes) with plenty of blankets. Beds had perfect firmness. We've rented many homes/condos on 30A, but none this close to checking all the boxes. Will definitely rent again for our future beach getaways.

Perfect stay for the beach

We usually stay in the Gulf Place area and decided to give this section a try. This was the best condo that we have stayed in all the years we have been coming. Everything was clean and just the way we would want if we were owners of the condo. All features were modern and up to date. We loved having the washer and dryer in the condo vs common area machines. Close to the beach as well as the pool so we were always close to the water. Condo was quiet and we rarely heard any of the neighbors either nextdoor or above. Will definetely put this on our short list for future stays.

Emerald Daze

Overall it was great. Clean and stocked on everything we needed. Location to beach was good, just a short walk. Would have been a little better if we had a wagon to tote beach chairs etc. Negatives for our family: room with bunk beds did not have a fan. That room and first bedroom had outside lights blaring into rooms. Definitely need solar shades or curtains. We also were given the wrong gate code for private beach access (only found one of said three). Public area was packed. It was better when we finally got the correct info. Also would’ve been great to have live TV. We had to use our own streaming services

Perfect vacation stay

We usually stay in Gulf Place and decided to give these new condos a try. It was the perfect stay for us during our summer vacation. Everything was perfect with the condo. Great amenities like washer and dryer in the unit, relaxing master shower as well as plush beds and plenty of space to relax in. We were close to everything that we normally go to. Didn’t have any sound issues with neighboring families either next to us or above us. We are definitely looking forward to coming back here next year.
