Weekend at Gulfplace

We love 30a and have stayed in the area many times but never at Gulf place. Loved the condo, and the view from the balcony. The beach access is just across the street, sweet little coffee shops and restaurants right outside the condo, and plenty of shops and boutiques onsite. We arrived our first night just in time for sunset. Our gate access code did not work, I texted Jenny & Nickey and got an immediate response! Enjoyed our stay!

I’m sure it’s because it was new but there weren’t as many kitchen items as we’ve had and used in other smaller units. Also there were a lot of stains and scuffs on things that concerned me that I might be held responsible for. I took photos first day.

Very nice condo

Wonderful unit, beautiful beach, about a seven minute walk to beach from the actual condo. It's a noisy community early in the morning with food delivery trucks and construction guys making noise but that would be our only complaint.
