Each room is more beautiful than the next, but you aren’t afraid to put your sandy feet on the furniture. From the comfortable beds to the beautiful backyard, we enjoyed every minute of our mini vacation and can’t wait to come back next year.

We spent most of our time using the outdoor entertainment, enjoying football on the outdoor television. The golf cart was absolutely fantastic, and the bicycles were critical to take a shortcut to get to the beach!

We were also very impressed with the people at Exclusive 30A who did a great job communicating prior to our arrival and addressing our questions while we were there.

Family getaway for Thanksgiving

Three generations, 10 of us, perfect location and all the amenities a group could ask for. Loved the home, beautifully appointed, and the pool and hot tub were used every day. The resort is lovely and the beaches are idyllic. The property managers were very responsive. (Only one very minor complaint is the amount of soap, shampoo etc supplied was woefully lacking for the duration of the stay. And felt very wasteful to buy paper products that we then had to throw away at the end of our stay. Would appreciate a focus on sustainability by providing bulk supplies :-) again a minor inconvenience.)

The house was very nice. The house needed sprayed for bugs. The Host was awesome at fixing a few things. I felt for the price you pay for the house the pool should have been heated at no additional cost. Very disappointed I missed that there was an extra fee. Overall a great place!

My Family and I have been renting in watercolor for years staying in different homes every time 10 Flatwood was perfect we enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, the beds so comfortable,and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great Stay

The house exceeded our expectations. It was even lovelier than the photos showed. The upstairs area was amazing for our kids. It was very, very clean. This is coming from someone who is a bit of a "germaphobe". The decor, bedding, towels etc were top notch. Appliances were great. Location was perfect. Thanks to the bridge nearby, we could walk or bike to town in 5-10 mins. Management company was on point, answering every call and email promptly. My only feedback is to provide designated pool towels. When you're on a road trip, there isn't much room to pack extra items such as pool towels for the whole family. Second bit of feedback- the washer and dryer need a good deep cleaning or need to be replaced. As I mentioned earlier, I am bit of a germaphobe and I did not feel comfortable washing our clothes in the washing machine. Luckily we brought enough clothes to manage without washing. The dryer was suitable for drying swimsuits and towels but it could use a good cleaning or replacement. Everything else was stellar. We plan on coming back in August or September!

Treasured Memories

3 generations had a wonderful time!!! Washer and Dryer seemed old and rusty. The dryer tore up a couple of our clothes. Management came and melted the dryer vent and fixed the problem. New set would be better. Bike pedal fell off and they exchanged it for another bike. Commode on 3 rd floor needed lid to be replaced and it was. All problems were fixed fast. Need instructions on what are the regular TV channels. We had a time to try to use the TV’s. We were not notified that the Lazy River was closed for the whole week. My grandkids jumped in and a man with a full beard yelled at them to GET OUT!!!!! THE POOL IS CLOSED!!!! Scaring them to death not knowing what they had done!!!! He had not put out sign that this pool was closed. I think this needs to be addressed with him. My 6 and 8 year old grandkids were in tears and wanted to leave!!! We rented chairs from the people at the Van Ness beach area because Watercolor didn’t have any front row seats plus I can’t climb your stairs plus the sand is so so deep at the bottom of the stairs that I needed a ramp to access the beach. Anyway the attendance where so rude there and one of them lied to my face saying that I needed to be there at 6:30 am to get a front row seats. So my Daughter in law got there at around 6:15 and no one was there except for a man picking up trash. So she came back at a little before 8:00 because the man said they don’t open that early. I wish you could let someone over there know.

Beautiful House, Not ideal for messy kids

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed this house for a family vacation. We had 3 families stay and had plenty of space. The house was beautiful and a great location. Downside, we were hit with an additional cleaning charge after we left in addition to the $900 cleaning fee. We have 7 children in our group and they can be messy by nature. I thought we left the house in very good shape and followed their check out procedure. One of the things they stated the fined us for was HAIR in a BED. It seems pretty natural to leave hear in a bed. So, warning - be prepared to pay extra if leave any kind of "damage" behind.
