The property was absolutely beautiful. Spacious. Perfect for our large family. The pool was wonderful. The house was located close to everything we needed. We had a great vacation.

Annual Ladies Reunion

This house is perfect for us. We need the elevator due to the fact that we are all turning 78 and carrying suitcases and groceries up stair is not a good thing! The great number of beds/baths is great as well - we were very comfortable. The kitchen and living area is perfect for visiting, eating and playing games. We tried to book again for next year but the website would not let us have just four nights!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental has it all. From the home itself to the people managing it. We had the absolute best stay. The home is gorgeous, from the lay out to the decor to the location! It has it all. Not to mention bikes to cruise down to the beach. We had 12 adults, the en-suite bathrooms were perfect. The property manager was quick, super polite and helpful. We can’t say enough how well this rental was thought out. It meets all expectations and above. We had guests that were first timers to the area and they were blown away by the location, we walked to shunk gulley everyday and the beach. From the linens, the kitchen being well stocked, and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this rental and also the rental management company. They are fantastic! Thank you Kelly , Shane, and team, we will be staying again!

Beautiful House - Disappointing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful and in a great location if you want to walk to the beach, places to eat, or shop. The bikes were a nice addition as you could quickly get down to the shopping area. The bedrooms are all large with each having its own bathroom and the bunk rooms were awesome for the kids. The pool and the hot tub are also great with a lot of chairs and space to get sun or sit in the shade.We encountered a number of issues with the property that would not be expected at the price range it rents at so this was disappointing:-House was not ready for use at 4pm so our whole group sat outside for 45 minutes waiting to get in to start our vacation.-Once in the house, it was so hot and humid from the doors being open during cleaning that we were sweating. It took hours for the house to cool down to a comfortable level.-The house was not cleaned well at all specifically the floors. There was dirt and other debris on the floors on all levels. One of the bathroom showers had a pile of hair in it still.-The elevator broke after the first day and was not fixed so luggage and other items had to be carried up and down 3 floors.-The ice machine in the fridge was not working.-The first floor pool slider would not lock requiring a piece of pipe to be placed in the track to prevent it from being opened.-The pool fountains were not working which disappointed the kids.All of these items are easily resolved for future rentals, unfortunately we had to experience them on our vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed not only in Santa Rosa beach/ 30A for last 20 years but traveled all over the world. This is by far one of the Best experience's! Not only was the house beyond beautiful in every way but speaking with making reservations I was treated as a dignitary or royalty was coming to town. The games, pool, were perfect for the kids & adults. We took the bikes provided had a blast also within walking distance Great Resturant, shooing & the beach. The kitchen was overstocked in that meaning if you needed they had it for you, chefs dream. I definitely will be back our new perfect place.
