- Starter Kit: We start you out with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry pods.
- Coffee Time! Fuel up in the mornings with our complimentary coffee using the standard drip or Keurig coffee makers.
- Convenience at Your Fingertips: Full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room on the second floor.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is no street parking available, but there is additional designated parking in the neighborhood.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
⭐ Heads up for Fall and Winter! The community lap pool is heated seasonally from October - April.
