Great location. Easy in and out. Pictures are accurate. The elevator makes any floor accessible regardless of age. Fantastic family space on the main level. Plenty of ocean views.

LoveD the decor - feels new. The house is clean and can sleep many. I really used and appreciated the 1st floor mini kitchen for drinks, etc. and the pool was So nice after a day at The beach. Also the outdoor shower and bathroom Were great for the kids!

House was in great location! Good for our family! House was not as clean. Dishes looked a bit dirty. Sheets were a bit dirty in one of bedrooms but management responded very quickly. Overall house was good just needs a little more TLC!

We loved the house. It was clean and well decorated. Although it would have been nice to have access to the beach front near the house, walking the extra distance wasn’t so bad. The management company responded very quickly.

We were blown away when we walked into this house. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen, great seating for our group of 12. The elevator was such a nice bonus, too! We had family from age 2 to age 85 on this vacation, and everyone loved it. The pool area is wonderful and private. And the downstairs with the kitchenette and loft was a big hit with my granddaughters.

This rental is a great location for being near Seaside town center, but not having all of the street traffic that comes from being in Seaside proper. Easy walk around the block to the public beach access. Nice private pool. Main floor (3rd floor) is a nice open floor plan for the group to eat and hang out. I wish that there were more outdoor eating/ conversational deck space on the floor. But great views.

Beautiful home in a great location. Was as advertised. The only negatives were the non working elevator which would have come in handy with all the stairs and the lack of a gate in the fence which would substantially shorten the walk to the beach. Could also use a pump for the bike tires. Otherwise it’s a great home.

Azure Leisure was very clean and the lay-out was great. The kitchen was beautiful and roomy, and the appliances were top of the line. All bedrooms had great views. The beds were very comfortable - which is unusual for a vacation home. The decor was lovely and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that the house didn't have direct access to Roberts Way - the street right beside the house - and we had to go a bit farther it looks on the map to get to the beach, but with the bicycles it wasn't much of an inconvenience. We really enjoyed the pool and having a second kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom, was a great convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

The reason we chose this property was for the hot tub and heated pool. The property manager informed us that they would not heat the pool when requested and the hot tub did not work at all. Other than that, we loved the house!

This house is so beautiful and perfect for a stay in Old Seagrove! The location is amazing, it’s close to everything! It’s walking distance to a ton of restaurants, it’s just a short walk away from Seaside which is such a cute town to shop, eat and just hang out in and it’s just minutes walk to the beach! My little one loved all the “secret lofts” and would go up there each and everyday to hang out. The house itself has everything you could need and is just beautiful. The house just feels nice and cozy and has lots of personal touch from the owners which I love. The views from the porch and crows nest is stunning! The pool area is so much fun and it’s nice and protected back there so if it’s a little chilly or windy you can’t feel it back there, it’s like your own little oasis. My family and I will definitely be staying here again next year.

Everything was great. There were a few things the owners could do to make it even better. Thr kitchen pans and pots could be updated. Couldn’t find a cookie sheet. The parking situation is not good. Once you pull in the only watt out is to reverse back down the long street. There is jot cut through to get to the beach because of fencing. If there was you really are ‘steps’ from thr beach but instead you have to walk all the way around a long fence. And there’s major construction going on in backyard on new homes so there was no sleeping in late. But the house was nice.

The home is lovely and just as pictured. There were lots of windows and great light. We had a few maintenance issues; the property manager was always available and responded quickly. I read the listing and was prepared with dishwasher, dish, and laundry detergent I also bought tissues, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper (they provided a small amount) I didn't read closely enough to see that we also needed beach towels (at a beach house!), salt and pepper, condiments, coffee filters, coffee, sponges to clean with, shampoo (again, small ones provided, but we were there a week) The biggest issue for us was the beach access Looking at the aerial photo, it is clear the house is one off 30A However, access is unavailable, with the path running on the other side of the fence. We had to walk four blocks around to reach beach 30a (5 minutes) versus two minutes advertised It was so hot, and the gravel/dirt road had huge puddles, slowing our progress. Other than that daily annoyance, the trip was great.

Overall our experience was pleasant. House location and view is good, there is Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach; however from photos it appears there is direct access to 30A but actually one has to take a turn around through dirt road to access 30A. Cleanliness was fair. Dishes and couch linens had stains and could have been cleaner. Doors to the outside, main door or balcony doors were very tough to open or close. We didn’t even use the balconies on 2nd floor. Instructions to check in and check out were pretty clear. I was contacted by Heather the day before check-in with more instructions but reply to my questions was not quick I had to typically wait many hours or contact her again. For the overall price we paid, my impression is fair to good for this property.

While the location and views were great and we appreciated the shaded pool in the Florida heat. However, the property was small - one of the bedrooms was so small you could barely walk around the beds. I think the price point is based on being able to house a lot more people but there were 8 of us and it would have been really cramped to have more than that. There were also maintenance issues - one bathtub faucet had a leak That overflowed to the floor, and we had washer dryer issues (beware - they are old and ruined some of our clothes). We called the management company several times and got no response. I even contacted VRBO and was told someone would get back to me but nothing. Terrible!

We were 2 families (9 total) meeting up for Labor Day weekend. We had a great time ! The location of the home is perfect-it’s literally right next to seaside and a very short walk to the beach. We contacted a beach service to have chairs at the public beach access (don’t think you can enter the beach through seaside without a code). The house was clean & the beds were really comfortable! We loved the balcony area off the main living space, the pool & the bikes. They even have a wagon to use for hauling your beach stuff which was very convenient. The quirks to the house were minor but worth noting …..the elevator was not working (we were contacted on our arrival day and informed of this), & while not necessary for us, it would have been very helpful for luggage and groceries (the kitchen is on the 3rd story). Also, The 2nd story shared bathroom has a window in the shower that no one used until we rigged a cover for it as the tall neighboring house can totally see in the shower. Lastly, there were just a few things that were short- not enough coffee mugs ( we struggled to find 6), wine glasses, main living area seating (for a house that sleeps 15), & parking (only 2 spots and it’s tight/difficult to turn around because neighbors inevitably were also cramped & blocking the narrow lane). There are some starter supplies - 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwasher pods, small dish soap/sponge & 2 packs of laundry detergent, but no and pepper or leftover coffee filters.

When we arrived there was a car parked in the very small drive and we had to go to a house and ask them to move. The lockbox code was 5 digits, code was 4 and still did not work when new code given. Maintenance had to come. One of the keys did not work on the front door. The pool was not clean. Once those things were cleared up, the week was good. The fireworks were beautiful watching from balcony. The house is nice. It is very silly that the upstairs fan has no remote. It would become quite hot when we cooked in the kitchen on the 3rd floor. The parking is quite bad with two large SUVs as well…especially when you add the golf cart. The next house also had 4 large trucks that made it more difficult. It would be great to have a gate access to walk to beach instead of the long trek down the alley each time. I am glad we rented but will probably look for a different house next time. Thanks.
