Beautiful traditional beach home

We loved our stay at SeaBatical. The beach is a very short walk and absolutely beautiful! The house is so comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax. The view of the coastal lake behind the house was breathtaking at sunrise.

Wonderful property!

Each of my family members voiced how much they liked SeaBatical. This property had everything we needed: close to the beach, amazing view, screened in porch, pool, lots of extras in the kitchen, abundance of beds. Everything was awesome!

Beautiful home, great location

Wonderful property with incredible views. The pool was very clean, with plenty of lounge chairs provided. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. House was very well maintained and decorated. The home itself is located in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is just a short drive to shopping, numerous beaches, and state parks. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very large space with everything you need. We had 7 ages 16+ and there was more than enough room for everyone to hang out and have privacy. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood too

Seabatical is an Excellent Option

We already knew about Gulf Trace as we rented a house there previously. The neighborhood is great. Seabatical was ideal for us. We had, for part of the time, eight people staying there (all family) and everyone was very comfortable. The house has just about every convenience one could ask for, plus some. We had virtually no issues during our stay. The refrigerator made some odd noises at times, but it was not enough of a bother to contact anyone for assistance. We would not hesitate to stay in Seabatical again if we return to the area.
