  • Welcome to "Sea Haven At Prominence," the perfect place to relax and unwind on the beautiful Emerald Coast. This spacious vacation home features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances. The open living and dining areas offer 10' ceilings and large windows, providing lovely views of 30A. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a spacious shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy easy access to the pool and take a short bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and beautiful beach of Deer Lake State Park.

    The town of Prominence is a popular hotspot along 30A and offers a range of amenities for a fun and relaxing vacation. Enjoy the 5,000 sq. ft. resort-style pool with cabanas. The Big Chill is a great spot for delicious food and entertainment, including concerts, movies, and sports broadcasts at the outdoor amphitheater.     Beach Access to the West:
    - Deer Lake State Park: The closest beach access to Prominence, located 0.5 miles away. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park beach access. Beach service is not available here.
    - Walton Dunes: Located about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This Walton County beach access offers parking and a short distance to the beach.
    - Santa Clara: A Walton County beach access near Bramble Grove Road, approximately 3.5 miles west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are available.

    Beach Access to the East:
    - Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access about 0.5 miles east of Prominence. No parking is available, but it's a great bike ride to the beach.
    - Sea Breeze: Located just past the Gulf Lakes access, this Walton County beach access has no parking or bathrooms, but it does offer a shower.

Family Vacation

There were 16 of us between 2 houses. Nana and Poppy with 3 children and 2 in laws and 9 grandchildren. We loved the property. The pool was especially nice because if you didn't feel like loading up to go to the beach, the kids were able to play in the pool. The house was very nice, big enough to be comfortable for 8 but small enough to not have to much to clean.

Beautiful condo. Great location.

Beautiful condo. Great location. Friendly helpful management. Clean and had everything we needed. One of the bikes had a broken chain and had to rent, but bike rental was across the street at the Hub. Also had to rent a golf cart to get to the beach. Would love if it came with one since the beach is a ways away. But the price was great considering the size, location and quality of the rental. Would highly recommend.

Stay at the beach

First I would like to thank Kristi for taking care of my reservations and helping me with a few things. She is awesome. Second thanks to Isaac for bringing us towels. The place was nice but I had a few issues - we didn't have towels , I had to reset all the TVs, the door knob fell off in the twin bed room, the twin beds were hard, the dish washer wouldn't work and the towel bar in the master bed room fell apart. . I don't like to complain so I reported these things to Kristi so we wouldn't get charged for things that were not fixed before our arrival. I would like to say I would rent from your company again but I like for things to work and not be broke since I paid a lot to stay in a nice safe place. We had a blast at the beach! Thank you!

House needs some care downstairs painting shades on doors not working floors need a good cleaning and garage a big mess and very dirty, ALL TV did not work Could not watch football games and had no one to come out to fix until day before we went home. Spent the weekend calling when someone was coming to fix TV with COVID should have been much cleaner.

Great stay by the Hub

We stayed at this property for a nice long weekend. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Bikes to use and beach gear were also available that offered for stress free time on 30A. My only issue with this location is there is no direct beach access. The Deerpark access is a short bike or car ride but the walk to the beach from parking is quite a distance with the heat and beach gear! This is our second time to stay here on 30A and besides the lack direct beach access -the location is fantastic! Lots of places to walk to eat and shop at the Hub! Fun Family environment in between Rosemary and Seaside - a short car ride or bike ride to explore all of 30A has to offer!

Overall Great

Great location and overall clean and nicely decorated. The easy walk to The Hub was great for grabbing a quick lunch or a smoothie. The house is a few short steps from the pool. Only complaints, the cups in the cabinet smelled like vomit 🤮 and the full size bed in the second bedroom has a plastic covering over the mattress, which makes sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, it's a great house in a good location and aside from the cups, I'd say it was very clean.

Spring Break

Overall this was an excellent spring break vacation! It isn’t a short walk to the beach unfortunately. We had to drive a golf cart to public access. It is walking distance to the HUB which was awesome! Overall a great stay!

Beautiful Property! Great location for kids!

We loved staying at this location in prominence. The house is beautifully decorated and super clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of beach chairs and a big umbrella to take to the beach along with sand toys and a wagon. We did rent our own golf cart to have easy access to the beach. A golf cart is the only accessory I wish was provided for our stay. . Walton dunes Beach access seemed to be the least crowded with the best water conditions. Get out there early to set up some chairs and you can have a front row seat to the waves. The pool is on a 2 hours schedule because of COVID but we didn’t habe trouble getting it. Overall, loved our stay! Perfect house! Great location! We would recommend this to anyone!

Great Home with Lots of Extras on 30A

We just finished up an 8 night stay and had a blast at this property. We have stayed at Prominence before so we new what to expect but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. First of all the unit is decorated beautifully and the furnishings are great. The unit also had plenty of beach supplies to use while we were there. This was great for all of our kids. Check in and out was a breeze and the unit was very clean. Overall a wonderful trip for our family. Would highly recommend! We will be back!
