This first floor property is amazing! Perfect ocean views, pool views and sunset views. We watched the dolphins in the morning. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed as well as spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this property.

The Adagio has so much to offer families. We love the pools and the beach. The size of the condo is perfect for three families and for small children. The kitchen is well supplied so that you can eat in and enjoy the property.

The condo is in a great / quiet location with easy access to Destin, Seaside and Panama City Beach, and walking distance to a few restaurants. It was very clean with all the comforts of home as advertised. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome.

This condo was perfect. Location couldn’t be better and it’s design was so cute. The owners are extremely accommodating and made booking, check-in, check-out, communications, etc. as easy as it possibly could have been. Easiest trip I’ve ever planned!! Cannot say enough great things about our stay. This condo has everything you are looking for from location to amenities. Nancy and her team were very responsive and constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well. Couldn’t ask for a better location with the pool off the patio and 15 steps to the beach. Truly one of the best spots in Santa Rosa.

We stayed with six adults and two young children and the 1st floor central location was so easy and stress free for naps and multiple trips back and forth from the pool and beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed including comfortable beds. The beach is pristine and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location. You can’t beat the view and pool and beach access. We will def return. Condo was clean and spacious. Needs a new dish washer but other than that everything you need is there. Patio w pool and ocean view are amazing. Sunset on the beach is beautiful.

Adagio B102 was absolutely wonderful! The gulf views from the living room and patio are beautiful, and the proximity to the beach is very convenient. We traveled with a 5 month old, and the condo had everything we needed to make the vacation as relaxing as one can be (with a 5 month old - haha!) We can’t wait until our next trip to 30A; we will make sure we use a Your Friend at the Beach property.

Our stay at Adagio B102 was wonderful! Location location location! You are literally just steps from the beach and the pool out the back door is private as well! The house was well stocked, the ice maker was super handy and the beds were very comfortable. Good restaurants, ice cream and coffee were all within walking distance. The two free bikes came in handy and renting additional bikes was very simple and onsite. The fireworks on the beach for 4th of July were amazing and we didn’t have the leave for such a show! We would definitely recommend this place!
