Beautiful modern property

Great views and nearby restaurants. Just beware that the driveway is a bit steep, so set your car in low gear.

Lake View Jewel

We loved our stay at these well-maintained condos! Can't say enough about the breathtaking view. The space is peaceful but the internet connection was perfect for remote working. The quaint mountain town of Tilran is nearby and the perfect place to stock up on groceries. We drove around the lake (about an hour) to La Fortuna and enjoyed a nice afternoon at the hot springs. In addition, Karla was a very attentive property manager and gave us a tour of long-term rental units, as well as those for sale.

Very nice property

Lovely property. The unit we stayed in is no as pictured. Not quite as nice a view and not quite as nice furniture as pictured. The overall stay was lovely and possibly the wind was decreased due to the unit we stayed at being around the corner. After check in we did not hear from the manager again. I did message once but it was not urgent. We would stay here again.

Lake Arenal Condo with amazing view

I rented the 1 bedroom condo in building 2 for 2 months. The view of the lake and volcano are simply amazing. Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. Any issues with the condo were attended to promptly. Diego and Robert are excellent maintenance professionals. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I had the best sleep during my stay. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. Very dated and uncomfortable. The condo is nice and has the very basic amenities. The balcony is large and lovely for morning coffee and catching the morning sun. The patio furniture is basic and not comfortable . The table should be replaced. Some additional lounge chairs for reading or relaxing with one or two side tables would be wonderful for enjoying the balcony and views. Father grounds annd landscaping are beautiful and very well kept. The pools are wonderful and well maintained and clean. The gym could defiantly use some updated bikes , elliptical. I loved my stay. Lake Arenal area is beautiful I am missing it very much now that I am back home. All the renters and owners I met were wonderful people. The staff are very friendly warm nice people. The property is remote and you do need a car. There is no access to the lake from the condo which I assumed would be the case. Towns , restaurants stores are close by and La Fortuna is 1.5 hours
