「Overall the hotel, room, and amenities were clean. Breakfast was the same quality as a free continental breakfast at a 1-star motel. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days. The hotel doesn’t tell you that you have to call to get your towels replaced and room cleaned. I called twice and the third time I just asked for fresh towels. The showed up the last day we were there to clean the room. They still didn’t take out the trash. I will not be staying here again.」

「The room was clean, and the harbor view was beautiful. I want to be fair to the owner, as the room itself was not the problem. The location is convenient, although beach access requires a water shuttle. We were scheduled to arrive the day Hurricane Isaias hit in 2026. Since we were driving 6 hours, we repeatedly contacted Emerald Grande to ask if it was safe to come. The reservations team assured us it was safe, said business as usual, and encouraged us to continue. When we requested a refund...
