Clean and modern with good kitchen facilities, tea and coffee available all the time. Helpful staff. Very close to Plaza Italia (we were there during protests and New Years Eve so did get quite noisy but not their fault and the building felt safe with a secure outside seating area).

Perfect for us

I can't speak of this place highly enough. It is a beautiful old style building with a nice balcony overlooking a busy street where everything happens. Very friendly receptionist and ladies who prepare fresh breakfast. Very convenient location - short walk to restaurants, cafes, attractions etc.

This is excellent value accommodation in the centre of Santiago. We stayed at a time when there was some protests in the main square. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive.

O hostel corresponde ao que é apresentado no site. Conforto, segurança e ótima localização. O que não está escrito e que confere um ponto a mais na hospedagem é o atendimento das meninas que gerenciam o hostel. Precisei da ajuda delas e obtive o melhor tratamento que poderia ter. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und die Ausstattung ausreichend. Frühstück ist typisch chilenisch, es gibt leider nur Toast und der Kaffee ist sehr schwach. Leider wurden bei uns Sachen nicht nachgefüllt, nachdem die Gäste sie leer gegessen haben. So hatten wir keinen Käse mehr und auch kein Müsli. Das Personal - vor allem die Dame aus Venezuela - ist sehr nett und spricht hervorragend Englisch.

Good location and staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our room was located on the bottom floor, right next to the staff rooms and the reception area. As such our room was very noisy. You can hear every door open and close and talking at all hours. The rooms upstairs may be different, however I would not stay there again.

El hotel es ideal para pasar unos pocos días ya que te brinda lo necesario para una estadía corta. La habitación doble estándar es muy chica a tal punto que ni siquiera tiene un armario, sólo unas perchas para colgar algo.El desayuno, lo justo, es coherente con la tarifa abonada. Pero destaco la atención de todo el personal, la amabilidad y siempre dispuestos ante cualquier solicitud. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a dos cuadras del metro, estación Baquedano.

Localização excelente, com apenas 2min caminhando até o metrô Baquedano, de onde há 2 linhas de metrô. Funcionários muito gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar! (emprestaram o cartão do metrô e até mesmo o cartão do metrô de Valparaíso, além de ajustarem a acomodação para casal). A acomodação é simples e pode haver ruídos dos arredores, mas ainda sim compensa muito pela localização, gentileza da equipe e custo-benefício. Voltaríamos!

Ótimo custo - benefício

A Casa Baquedano, tem uma boa localização e atende com ótima qualidade, dentro do que se propõe. Uma casa simples, com atendimento atencioso e boa limpeza. Como ponto negativo, é o tamanho do box, muito pequeno, uma pessoa grande não terá um mínimo conforto. Como sugestão acho que poderia servir pelo menos uma fruta no café da manhã.

Clean, conveniently located, get room with windows

Clean, modern small hotel (continental+ breakfast included) a couple of blocks from metro station Baquedano (red line; connects to several stops where buses from the airport will drop you). Quiet street. Very thin walls so depending on other guests in the building, you may be woken up in the middle fo the night. Room was clean but had no window (not what was shown online when we booked). Hot water 24 hours and wifi OK. Nice staff will help you call taxi or prepared early breakfast so we could catch our flight.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was great. It was not air conditioned so a bit hot. The room was expansive but the bathroom very tiny. I would stay here again mostly because the staff was so amazing

O lugar é lindo e bem localizado , hotel bonito e atendimento excepcional . O que precisa melhorar é a caldeira pois tomei banho frio em uma temperatura baixa e o café da manhã é um dos mais básicos que possa existir .

Limpo, lindo e bem localizado!

A casa é linda e muito bem localizada (próximo ao metrô baquedano). A decoração é acolhedora, café da manhã muito bom também. Meu único porém é o tamanho do box do banheiro, que deve ser um pouco desconfortável para uma pessoa com mais de 1,80m. Do mais, perfeito. Foram 4 noites tranquilas!

Muito bom! Indicamos!

Ficamos na melhor suíte do hotel e a cama era muito confortável! O quarto contava com uma sacada super charmosa, de onde dá para avistar o Parque Bustamante e, de outro lado, uma avenida principal. Adoramos o staff, com funcionários sempre sorridentes, atenciosos e prestativos, diligentes 24h. Apenas o banheiro é muito pequeno. Fora isso, o café da manhã é saboroso, sendo servido antes do horário, para quem vai fazer os passeios tradicionais em volta da cidade (como Cajon del Maipo e Valle Nevado, pois a saída é muito cedo). O café conta com ovos mexidos feitos na hora e variedade de pães, bons embutidos (jámon de qualidade), iogurte, frutas secas, granola.. Senti falta apenas de frutas frescas. A localização é muito boa, rente ao Parque Bustamante (muito próximo ao metrô, distante cerca de 1 ou 2 quarteirões) e vizinho ao Parque Forestal. Atráves do Forestal, tem-se acesso ao centro e ao Museo de Bellas Artes. Compensa muito fazer sempre esse trajeto a pé, pois é muito agradável! Tb fica muito próximo ao Patio Bella Vista, e aos Cerros San Cristóbal e Santa Lucia. Além disso, há uma cozinha que pode ser usada pelos hóspedes, para preparo de refeições. Há supermercado e outras amenidades nas proximidades. Amamos!
