I cannot say enough good things about The Place and would stay there again. The design of our suite was incredible. Our overnight flight arrived and they allowed us to check in early at 10 a.m. Likewise, our overnight departure flight was at 10:30 p.m. and they let us check out at 2 p.m. Breakfast is in their restaurant and there are five different choices. We tried all of them during our week in Santiago and loved all of them. Our room was always kept clean and the reception staff were always quite friendly, patient answering our questions, and offered suggestions as well. This is a quiet residential area in one of the best parts of the city so nit in the central area but the hotel is between two Metro stations, each a 10-minute walk. Nothing beat sitting on our balcony with bread, cheese, Iberian ham, and a bottle of wine while watching the Andes in the background.

Modern place, good elevators, staff in general helpful. Good internet. Water pressure low. High level rooms have smaller bathrooms than the level lower which was a bit of a surprise. Bathrooms are definitely too small to be comfortable. Nice office room downstairs. In general quite neighbourhood and very well located.

The property was great and I loved the lounge/work area. My only dislike was that I was charged taxes. I’m from the US and booked the stay but because of flight issues, my Chilean partner had to check in before me. Because he was checking in and Chilean, they charged us taxes that are normally exempt for foreigners (we live in the USA). That part was disappointing but the rest of our stay (2 nights) was lovely.

Excellent venue
Excellent stay and what was required for my business trip. Very comfortable apartment with daily cleaning. The cafe downstairs is a bonus with very helpful staff as my Spanish is very limited. Excellent breakfast and good value. Will be staying here again.

The apartments are really nice and clean . There’s a restaurant and a lot of amenities close by. Very quiet location. The staff was very nice and talked English I will definitely recommend this place

Boa opção em Las Condes estilo aparthotel
The Place é uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Santiago, um pouco longe das comunas mais agitadas como Vitacura ou Providência, mas tem uma estação de metrô ao lado que ajuda bastante. Todos os apartamentos tem uma cozinha bem equipada, mas também tem um café/restaurante anexo a propriedade que ajuda em todas as refeições, com atendimento gentil e boas opções no cardápio. The Place também conta com um grande espaço de coworking e um rooftop com espreguiçadeiras e uma pequena piscina (não aquecida). Nosso quarto era bem espaçoso, além da cozinha, havia uma sala, closet e até uma varanda, mas o banheiro era minúsculo e até difícil de se movimentar lá dentro. O chuveiro era muito fraco, quase conta gotas e também não tinha nenhum suporte dentro do box para deixar meus produtos. A limpeza deixou bastante a desejar, vi alguns fios de cabelo na cama e o banheiro tinha muitos detalhes sujos, além de um cheiro de urina no vaso sanitário. Ficamos hospedados de sábado a terça e no domingo não teve serviço de housekeeping, faltando até papel higiênico. Como a propriedade também era residencial, não existe uma recepção tradicional de hotel, mas todo o time foi bem atencioso conosco, inclusive era nosso aniversário de casamento e nos deixaram um mimo e deram upgrade de quarto.
