gorgeous hotel

The hotel is very new - only 3 month old. The whole staff was very welcoming and made our stay perfect. We used the spa and booked some treatments and can highly recommend to everyone to use the spa of this hotel. The hotel is ideally for your trip to rila monastery but also to the 7 lakes of rila. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to explore everything so I can recommend to take your time in this gorgeous area and enjoy the Bulgarian nature.

No concept of ‘service’

Hotel was lovely and facilities great but the staff attitudes here were pretty poor. If they weren’t all playing on their phones, they were in the side area all together smoking. The whole visit they also had no regard for mask wearing, even in the food area they would congregate by the food and take masks off. Management needs a good shake!

Deluxe Doppelzimmer muss man abschaffen. Zimmer sind winzig. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Es ist sehr teuer für dieses Angebot. Keine Flexibilität seitens vom Personal. Kein Europäischer Standart.

Lovely, new classy hotel with helpful staff and great facilities. A bit pricey for Bulgarian standards, but well worth it if you get breakfast and use the spa.
