We had a fabulous stay in Anna Maria Island! The house was beautiful, clean, the beds were comfortable. We had so much fun using the pool and hot tub. Great location and close to beaches and restaurants. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Beautiful vacation home in quiet neighborhood

This location is very well set up for a group of four…..particularly two couples. It includes a brand new pool and hot tub, as well as a small dock. Inside, it has all been rehabbed and decorated and stocked with everything you might need. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful stay on AMI!

Amazing experience we had on this beautiful island in this family friendly rental. We absolutely loved the heated pool and spa since it was a little chilly during our stay. The backyard area was a dream with a private jungle feeling and the canal right there. Also loved the one story layout with two masters. Cleaning could’ve been spruced up as well as the washing machine being extremely loud. All in all, we’d go back in a heartbeat.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and tidy with every amenity you may need. Only draw back was no bathroom on first floor, clothes washer was not balanced, and fan remote battery was dead down stairs in box. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Great Spot

The location of this property is great, just enough tucked away from the crowds but close to restaurants, beach, and pier. Located on the lagoon, the backyard was quiet and private. The place was clean and well stocked with towels and sheets. Our only complaint is there were no kayaks offered like in the pictures and listing. We specifically picked a house on the lagoon with kayaks so that our kids could paddle. When we arrived, we found there were no kayaks so that was disappointing. Overall, we would stay there again. It was a great spot for a family of four!

The house was in a perfect location, very convenient to the beach, piers, shops and restaurants. The house was great and had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 4. The outdoor space was very nice and used the pool and hot tub often. The only negative thing I would say is the mosquitoes were so bad in the back. Has nothing to do with the house but it really deters us from staying on a canal next time. Even during the day while trying to hang out by the pool and fish we were eaten alive. They provided a candle and bug spray which helped. Other than that it was fantastic!

We rented a little over a month after the hurricanes. We paid for heated pool, but the equipment was more damaged from the storms than the owner realized. They were trying to replace equipment before we got there, but couldn’t get it done. Owner immediately made contact to apologize and offered an immediate refund on pool heat. Can’t ask for much better honesty. The house has a really nice two bedroom layout. If you caught a good weather window the three door setups in the livingroom could be amazing. Short walk to the beach and right off Pine Ave, it is a nice spot. Canal wildlife brought us some great bird watching.

This was our first trip to Ana Maria Island and certainly will not be our last. The house was beautiful, well appointed and clearly recently renovated. It was great to have the pool to come home to after spending the day at the beach and the water was quite warm and we use the hot tub quite frequently. The location was perfect. You could walk to where you wanted to go. We will definitely rent this house again!

we did enjoy our stay- great location- there were a few things we did want to point out for future stays: the master bedroom and pull out mattresses where not comfortable at all and the TVS in both bedrooms were not working even after going through the directions provided. we did have an ant problem but there was ant spray we killed them 2 times.

The property was clean and well-stocked with kitchen and beach essentials, as well as plenty of towels. It was only a few blocks from the beach, and there were great restaurants just a short walk or bike ride away. The pool and hot tub provided a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. Great little place

Was just like it looked in the pictures. Spotlessly clean, good amenities and great location walking distance to everything on AMI. Quiet private and beautiful backyard, the saltwater pool and hot tub were clean and perfectly treated. Recommend renting kayak or SUP from Beach Bums and exploring the canal, saw loads of wildlife.

Great canal home with heated(optional) pool and "warm tub" , great location, nicely updated home

The home is in great location , fishing right of the canal dock is awesome we caught all kinds of fish especialy latter afternoon hours. We hate mosquitos and these areas are known for no-see-ums (little biting outdoor bugs ) this was either good season or we just got lucky, it wasn't many we only got bit few times outside after the sunset . We choose heated pool option and pool really was nice and warm no complaints there, pool chairs around it for catching some sun. Back yard is sunny all day and it has shaded lounge area . Very nicely landscaped and pool lights light up at night -very cool .Canal is right in the back with nice size dock for fishing and it would of been nice to fish after sun set but we could not figure out how to find the switch for dock lights , there was 2 or 3 lights but no switch and if there was dusk to dawn sensor it wasn't working "warm tub" for some reason was barely warm first afternoon and same next day.Next day i sent email to Evolve ,didnt get any response and im sure it had nothing to do with Evolve but warm tub became hot tub 2nd afternoon and 3rd. It has very easy controls, but it seemed maybe it was programed on low temp or programed just for a short time.I did not look or seen any other controls besides "spa on" "lights on" . No big deal , we are very well traveled but just for 1k a night it would be nice no to try to figure out where to turn dock lights on and have hot tub not "warm tub" . Would we go back? Absolutely! home is very clean , everything you need is in it and very modern . we loved espresso machine that was a great thing to have . Walking distance to the city pier(it has little take out/picnic table sit down food place with tasty food) and beach and most of the restaurants. Great pizza place (pizza social) with in 5 min walk , sand bar restaurant right on the beach maybe 10min walk . Restaurants get crowded and i don't believe they take reservations. Oh, enclosed screened in porch is great for eating out side ,it has a sensor on screen door so for the ones who have little ones it might be useful to know that if door is opened alarm will sound and you will know that little one is on the way out or in.It has bypass button which you press for not to have alarm come on for that time you coming out/in .
