Great Stay

We had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave. While this wasn't a vacation for us because we live locally and needed a place to stay during construction, this is the ultimate vacation spot. So close to the beach and St. Armands. Even down town is a shot ride away. The house and pool are amazing. We had a great time.

Excellent house

House was great. Great amenities and just as advertised. Pool/hot tub heater instructions were non existent, caused some frustration trying to strike the right balance with the unit. The online tutorials from LKV did not have our model. Called property management and asked for instructions and they didn’t provide. Other than that… the house was amazing, would rent again (now that we know how to use the pool controls)

Our getaway to this brand-new beach house on Lido Key was nothing short of awesome! It has a super cool coastal vibe, and stepping inside felt like walking into a Pinterest dream. The living areas were huge, and we all loved the big windows letting in the Florida sunshine. The beds were like fluffy clouds and there were 8 bedrooms so that everyone had their own space and ensuite bathroom. Total win. The game room was also a fave for us! Outside, the amazing private pool was our hangout spot, with comfy chairs and a BBQ grill. And let's talk about the beach – literally right there! The property management was friendly and hooked us up with insider tips for local eats and fun stuff to do. Our family vacation at this house? 10/10, would do it again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was pretty good, and the only problem we had is the elevator didn’t work and I have an elderly father that I had a rough time going up and down the stairs was kinda hard for him.

Overall, the property was Beautiful, however, a number of issues were encountered. the skillets to cook on were metal and very difficult to clean. The last bedroom on the right second floor had no closet? Also, the shower floor tile is incorrect. Very, very slippery.
