  • This 2-bedroom, two full bath home is perfect for your escape to Sarasota. Walking distance to Legacy Trail. Downtown drive is 5 minutes and beaches are close by! Inside, guests find a welcoming space with one king bed and one queen bed, offering plenty of comfort for a restful night. Two bathrooms feature showers and hair dryers, making your stay convenient and easy. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and thoughtful touches add to the excellent experience. Fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking needs. Outdoors you will find a lighted patio in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this serene retreat invites you to unwind and recharge. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Nice fenced in private backyard with big shade trees for the patio area with a gas grille all is ready for you!

We were in town for a week for Open Water Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park. Property was in a great location for the race course, dining, and recreation. A large number of restaurants and grocery stores are near to the property as well. The house itself is well stocked with needed items, very clean, and comfortable for our family. Owners are engaged, easy to get a hold of, and super helpful. Can’t say enough nice things and will look to book again when we are back next year!
