Beautiful house in a very good location. Gated coming, restaurants, stores, good beaches. Everything within 5-15min drive. Management company is very responsible and helpful. We had a few little issues in the house which were fixed the next day. It was our third trip to Costa Rica, and each trip we booked 2-3 different stays (we are explorers). So, from our experience to rent properties in Costa Rica, this one was the best: hot water, working appliances, air conditioning in every bedroom, cleanliness, proper communication and responses to complaints, no electricity outages. The house had more beds than the listing says. There is actually a bunk bed in the master bedroom. It’s smaller than the regular size, but suitable for kids up to 10 y.o. The only thing was missing - games. We traveled with kids & teens, they expected to have some game cards, or UNO, or some other table games. Other than that we had very pleasant experience staying in the house, and recommend it to others.
