    Pacifico C504 is a spacious three-bedroom condo on the second floor of a recently renovated building in Pacifico, a luxury condominium community in Playas del Coco with resort-style amenities and access to a high-end beach club.



    The Space:

    This condo is an end unit, so it features additional windows to welcome plenty of natural sunlight inside and provides unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean and greenery in El Coco.



    This 1,512-square-foot (141 ㎡) unit features a well-lit open-concept floor plan with ocean-inspired furniture, artwork, and decor that perfectly reflect the laid-back “pura vida” lifestyle in El Coco. The living room includes rattan-style couches and a glass-top coffee table, woven throw pillows and blinds, a TV, and tropical artwork, and sits next to a half bathroom near the condo’s entrance.



    The circular glass-top dining table sits next to a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony, where you’ll find another dining set with four seats. The terrace is shaded by mature palm trees and tropical foliage, creating a peaceful, private getaway.



    The kitchen is equipped with high-end granite countertops, white cabinets and drawers, and a wraparound breakfast bar with four high-top barstools. It is also well stocked with all the appliances you could need during your getaway in Guanacaste, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher.



    The master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and a high-quality wood furniture set. The bedroom also includes a TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a TV and a queen-sized bed with a beachy comforter and matching decor, and the third bedroom includes two bunk beds, each with two single mattresses, perfect for families traveling with kids. The entire unit can sleep eight people.



    As a guest at Pacifico C504, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.



    You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club.



    This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and maid service upon request, and it also comes with a designated parking spot. This second-floor unit can be accessed via a staircase, as there is no elevator in the building.





    Pet-friendly policy



    We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.



    Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Pets should not be left unattended within the property. For any questions or further details about our pet policy, feel free to contact us!

    Getting Around:

    Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.



    We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.



    Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.     Other Things to Note:

    Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Great Location / Development - Property Lacking

Overall the location is great. The Pacifico development is awesome. Close to supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, vet store, restaurants, all onsite. The property was not cleaned very well. The floors were dirty. The HVAC would not go lower than 75. They said because of humidity. Sorry Houston humidity is worse. The owner has a programmable thermostat and turns the AC to 80 at midnight. Had to keep getting up because it was hot. Had to constantly fix the toilets. They continued to run. Notified property manager and got no reply. I think because I did not book them for the excursions. TV in master bedroom does NOT have any English speaking channels. TV in living room only has a few. Coffee pot had the wrong pot and leaked if you did not watch it while percolating. All in all you can tell the property has been neglected. It is a shame because it could be perfect with very little money put into it.
