The 3 well-appointed bathrooms guarantee no waiting in line for showers after an adventurous day outside. The villa's European design is distinct in every corner of the 2,700 sq ft space. The living room, designed with modern aesthetics, offers an idyllic space for a family movie night or friendly banter. The kitchen boasts sleek countertops and is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. Venture outdoors, the heart of Idea Verde. The private pool whispers for you to dive in. The entertainment space, complete with a traditional grill, is perfect for an afternoon cookout or a relaxed evening under the stars. Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire villa and hotel-grade amenities it offers. Access is convenient with a lockbox - allowing for flexible check-ins. Parking is available on the premises promising hassle-free arrivals and departures.

The Neighborhood:
The dead end street to access the villa is large paved road surrounded with tall palm trees. Beach, downtown stores and restaurants in Coco is at 5 minute driving distance. Please note that cell tour signal is poor in that area, we've added a booster to have a better coverage surrounding the property, high speed wifi is also available.

The pool and jacuzzi maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday around noon
The garden maintenance is every Friday around 9 am
