Have the best vacation stay at this fully equipped and spacious fully renovated condo! Changes include a fresh set of paint throughout the condo, new mattresses, a new dining table and chairs, a new couch, a 55' smart TV, a TV inside the master bedroom, and a new patio set. The second bedroom features one single and one double bed. The condo also includes a foldable bed to accommodate a 6th guest, perfect for large families or groups.

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Guests can access all parts of the condo, including the rooftop deck. They can also use any of the 6 pools across the complex. The closest pool to the condo is the infinity pool, visible from the rooftop deck.

Enjoy breathtaking views and sunsets while sipping on your favourite beverages from the private, fully furnished rooftop patio. The modern interior comes with high-quality amenities such as stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher! The Coco Sunset Complex is a gated community with 6 separate pools located in the famous Las Palmas neighbourhood. The beach is some 300m away and downtown Coco is another 5-10 minute walk.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

Attention!

Please note this is a gated community. The main gate is kept locked, and the guard patrols the area, so they may not always be at the entrance.

Upon arrival, you may need to wait for the guard to return or for another resident to open the gate.
Unfortunately, there is no alternative way to access the complex.
The guest who made the reservation should have valid ID available in case security requests it.

Please be advised that only one parking space per condo is allowed within the gated complex. We cannot provide additional parking passes for extra vehicles. However, the neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards monitoring the streets, and we have never encountered issues with guest parking on the street. It is essential that you read and comply with this parking policy before confirming your reservation.

The unit is located on two floors. There are two small steps to the ground floor that features the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and the rooftop patio on the third. This property might not be idea for guests with mobility difficulties.
