This is a two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom private villa with a well-supplied kitchen and private washer and dryer. This villa can sleep 6 with the included pull-out couch or air mattress. It is located within the Hermosa Heights resort community which includes a pool, mini golf, movie theater, basketball court, 24/7 security, and commercial area. It is a short drive or a 15-minute walk to the Playa Hermosa beach, restaurants, and bars. It is 25 minutes from the Liberia airport on paved roads.
The space
Playa Hermosa is a beautiful and clean beach with a variety of restaurants, bars, and live entertainment within walking distance. The surf is minimal and great for kids of all ages. There are two (2) local markets a short distance from the villa with all the basics you could need. Should you desire more people, additional shopping/restaurants, or late-night clubs, Coco Beach is a quick drive or bus ride to the south. A few tour companies are within walking distance to book your area adventures.

This private villa has an ocean view and many community amenities. It is a short walk to the community pool, mini-golf, and the commercial center. The Hermosa Heights commercial center includes a movie theater, day spa, hair and nail salon, dentist, fish market, wine and chocolate store, and an ATM.

The villa has updated linens (towels/sheets/comforters) and new living room recliners for added seating. It comfortably sleeps four (4) and up to six (6) utilizing the pull-out sofa or a full-size air mattress. High-speed Wi-Fi and the new smart TV keep you connected and entertained after a fantastic day amongst the Costa Rican beauty. Enjoy the sunsets on the balcony or from a beachfront bar.

This is a private villa and the space will not be shared with the owners or guests. The check-in and check-out process is handled by a local property manager who will provide you access to the community and the villa. (There may be an additional charge for after-hours check-in/check-out).
