Spend time outdoors at the front deck patio and enjoy outdoor dining, while cooking a meal on the BBQ. The beach is only a short 5-minute walk away.

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Guests can access to the outdoor seating area in front of the unit, the shared pool area and the common laundry.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
