"The staff here are the absolute best. Through a mistake all of my cash, in an envelope, was thrown away. I approached the staff asking if they had seen it, clearly I was panicking. They helped tear our room apart to look for it. When that resulted in nothing, they waited with us for the cleaning crew, who then dug through the trash to find the bag from our specific room. Inside was all my money still in a sealed envelope. I will be forever grateful for all the effort they went through to help me."

"The guest service at Negiya Ryofukaku was amazing. They pay attention to detail, are friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in each and every Guest. They offer a personal shuttle to the Bus stop or the immediate local arima area. They assisted us with dining reservations for our first night. The dinner and two breakfasts were delicious. We would love to visit again."

"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."

"Room was clean, spacious, offered a laundry mat, and was close to many different attractions in Kobe! It is a place I would book again! Check in process was very easy, and a very convenient 7/11 next door for any late night snacks! A great place to spend a few nights! "

"Spotless room, nice AC unit, amenities readily available in the lobby or 4th floor. Very nice staff, they’re patient if you speak broken Japanese like I do. Free WiFi, nice hot shower, and the blankets were soft and warm. Thanks for the nice stay!"
