Breakfast is good if not great. The room I stayed is very clean. However, if you take a huge suitcase or more than two, I wouldn't recommend staying there because rooms are very small. I wish that they consider removing the massage chairs from some rooms ..

This is my second time going to Kobe This location is very convenient to train subway and bus. Lots of restaurants around. However. I stayed here for couple nights and I noticed some towels were dirty. There was stain/marks on it.

Excellent location and functional stay with nice views. Pros: Unbeatable location directly connected to Sannomiya Station. Beautiful views of Kobe Bay and the city skyline. Great perks including many tea options in the lobby and a functional in-room massage chair. Cons: Small, clean rooms (typical for Japan but well-designed). Basic amenities with no extra pampering toiletries for women like facial skincare. Good buffet breakfast to start the day with nice views on the 29th floor. A highly convenient, solid choice for exploring Kobe! Staff was helpful and warm.

Note to international travelers. This is a sleep hotel, meant for one or two nights. It's very nice, clean, and comfortable. But, there is no room for luggage, even a traditional carry-on suitcase. If you need a night or two, this is great. But for longer business stays, you will likely want to look elsewhere with a larger desk and more floor space.

The location is directly across from the train station at Sannomiya. The hotel is on the 17th and 18th floor. There are so many little restaurants and shops. The staff was very polite and helpful. It is very easy to get to other areas of Kobe by train. We plan on returning to Kobe and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed a good night stay… bed was comfortable and room size is just right for a couple to stay. Location is the plus point, right at the heart of Sonnomiya station so super convenient to go anywhere via train. Will definitely consider this hotel if we come to Kobe again.
