Probably the best onsen spot in Arima! The staff and service was remarkable. They serve you handmade matcha and Kinoko odango when you arrive. The experience and atmosphere felt as if I came to Japan's country side.

Japanese hospitality at its best.

Welcome macha tea at the lobby with a view of wonderful garden is just a start. They have 'gold' and 'silver' hot spa to enjoy. Public baths are good size and clean with outdoor area. Both dinner and breakfast are tasty with beautiful presentation and we enjoyed eating in our room. All staff members are well trained and courteous to show hospitality. We ended up checking out at noon, and stroll around Arima. Next time, we will hike to Rokko area from here. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was impressive, hotel has a traditional feel but then it has upkeep its condition and facilities with modern facilities and look. Room amenities provided are of high quality. Many bice decorations throughout hotel and hallways that give a very zen feeling.

今回、初めお宿泊させおいただきたしたが、幎霢制限もあり倧人向け滞圚型旅通ずしお満足できるものでした。チェックアりトたで利甚できる金泉の倧济堎氎玠氎サヌバヌも蚭眮、ラりンゞでのフリヌドリンク、客宀内には暪たわれるタむプの゜ファなどアメニティの充実ず接遇接客、枕の皮類も数皮類から遞択できたり、朝食の料理の遞択など、すべおお客偎芖点を感じ良かったです。街䞭どこぞ行くにも利䟿性は申し分ありたせん。欲を蚀えば、ラりンゞに垞備しおいる焌き菓子、倕食の量が少し物足りなかったず感じたした。たた蚪れたい旅通です。
