“Wale was amazing - there was some icy patches on the sidewalk to the entrance of the suite and he made sure we would be safe, he sprinkled salt/kitty litter which helps break down the icy patches. We could carry items into the suite and not fall in the process. His was diligent in shoveling the walks so the path would be free of snow. We were very appreciative for his quick response. Wale gave us physical keys to use in case the frozen temperatures would hinder any problem with door access. ”
