「The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「There is garbage left by previous passengers in the refrigerator, and it has already become moldy. The coffee cup is dirty without being brushed and cleaned. There is a desk indoors but no chairs. The light switch was unexpectedly blocked by the mattress.」

「Absolutely fabulous hotel. All of the staff were very attentive. The restaurant staff were exceptional. The room attendants were very thoughtful. The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. And they were gracious enough to allow us a late checkout. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this hotel. 」
